Directions from JR Shinjuku Station South Exit

Exit through the South Exit ticket gates at JR Shinjuku Station.

After exiting the South Exit, you will see Busta Shinjuku (the bus terminal) directly in front of you. Cross to the Busta Shinjuku side and proceed to the right.

You will see a pedestrian bridge like the one in the photo ahead of you. Continue along Koshu Kaido Avenue in the direction of Hachioji.

When you reach the Nishi-Shinjuku 1-chome intersection, you will see “SMBC Trust Bank” directly in front of you. Cross at the traffic light and then turn left.

You will see a McDonald’s on the corner of a T-junction. Turn right here.

Pass by the Lawson convenience store.
The clinic is located on the 2nd floor of the building just past the JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku. (The elevator entrance is on the left side of the building as you face it.)
